Special and beautiful garden, super house, extremely kind and helpful host.

We had an amazing stay at this charming cottage! The location is peaceful and quiet, surrounded by nature yet close enough to town for convenience. The house itself was spotlessly clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The little details made all the difference making us feel right at home. Alejandro (the owner) was very welcoming and provided everything we needed, including clear instructions and helpful local tips. Everything was just as described, if not better. Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, sparkling private pool, huge and lovely garden... More than worth the price. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

It was amazing: we had high expectations from the description and the pictures, and the property delivered even above them! The garden is amazing, and the house very spacious and cosy, with character. Good strategic location to visit the island, and quieter than the tourist hotspots. Alejandro was a fantastic host and gave great advice about food, day trips and always available on the chat for anything. I would go there again tomorrow...

Really trying hard to find something, there was no dishwasher, the shower was with a boiler (if you are many people you need to be efficient) and the beds were not the most comfortable. However, all these things were OK and in the context of the rural property, which I would still rate 10.

A beautiful house with an incredible garden. An oasis in the middle of the rocky, volcanic dryness of that part of Tenerife. The house is located on a hill, which gives great views and also quiet rest at all times. Pictures don't do justice to the house - it is much more enjoyable. Alejandro does a great job at presenting it on your arrival. We found the house spotless clean, with a gigantic fruit basket and a bottle of wine waiting for us - something that is very rarely offered these days by hosts. There are many beautiful, authentic designated areas around the house - several sitting zones where you can have your meals both in the morning sun and in the shadow to hide away from the heat, a barbeque, a relaxing hammock, the pool (not heated, but our kids, that are used to cold waterz did manage to use it for a short bath even at the end of February). If you are lucky you will be living with beautiful Sofia - the neighbors fluffy, gentle, very educated cat. 🐈 We can not recommend this house enough. We are sorry the week went by too quickly and we couldn't stay more to enjoy this house.

It's a pitty that the area doesn't allow home owners to have access to hot water constantly. We had to wait for the 50L boiler to heat again after simply washing a round of dishes. A bit inconvenient, but doable, especially in the winter, when it's not too hot outside and a shower isn't necessarily a must. Bed in the main bedroom might be seen as small by those used with 180cm wide beds. It was not a problem for us. However, the bedding could be better - we were sweating a lot every night - might be a good idea to invest in more qualitative mattress, bedding and sheets. I would also recommend a bit more lighting in the living room, as it feels a bit dark in the cold evenings. However, this is for sure not a deal breaker - the house has its charm as it is.

Overall, we enjoyed everything. The owner , Alejandro, himself was very kind and welcoming, tainting to all our needs. This house is perfect for those who enjoy living out in the countryside, with the house having a country style. It's a quiet, rural, mountainous area. The pool is cleaned regularly, and it's a good size and deapth. The garden has lots of plants, even some fresh herbs, which was nice to have, the garden itself was like an oasis there compared to the surrounding area. There's also a great view from the house, overseeing the nearby town. There are also lots of shaded outdoor areas with benches or chairs, perfect for being outside in hotter weather. My kids were happy to also see a fish pond there, too.The house itself has a darker atmosphere, which gives it a cosy feeling. That house has everything you would need as if you were at home, such as towels, ironing board and iron, utensils, hairdryer, TV, etc... are all provided. Also, there is a beautiful hiking area a couple of meters away, where you can hike up to see some beautiful sunsets and views, which we highly recommend.

The swimming pool may be too cold to use in colder weather, as it's not heated. However it's perfect for hotter weather.

Alejandro is the most lovely host you can ask for, super kind and helpful. The property is like a piece of paradise, lot's of serene spots in the sun and by the pool. We had an amazing time!

Beautiful stone country house situated in sublime surroundings - an oasis of beauty and tranquility. The house has two spacious bedrooms, big bathroom, living room and fully equipped kitchen. The property combines rustic charm with modern comforts - excellent wi-fi. The gardens have different areas with a variety of different trees, flowers, swimming pool, outside porch with bbq all set up - and a beautiful view. Incredibly welcoming and helpful hosts. On arrival was greeted with a fruit basket and essential supplies. The property is managed with striking attention to detail. Property is very well located - about 15 minutes from Tenerife South airport. It was just perfect.
