This place is just probably the most amazing place I have ever stayed in my life! historic building, you feel like in a museum. I would recommend such experience for everyone! Host was just fantastic, I left my watch, he shipped it back to my country. Overall the best experience ever! A lot of room, roof access, central location, amenities - kitchen, washing machine, everything. But the most is like you live in a museum. Just amazing!

Everything was just perfect. Watch out just do not leave your things - place is so big that its easy to leave something somewhere in some corner :)

Location, comfort, beautiful and interesting.

Beautiful house in historical centre. Small signs around the house telling you the story of the items, people or rooms makes the house feel like you are staying in a museum. Lots of added value to the visit of the historical centre of the city. Fantastic views from the rooftop. Having an A/C on the top floor bedroom was much appreciated. We also much enjoyed sitting in the the light atrium. House is clean and well kept. We would happily stay here again when visiting Santa Cruz. Lots of restaurants on the same street and beach just a minute walk. Fantastic location. House is huge!

Unfortunately the top floor bathroom was out of order so we could use only lower floor one, which is a bit uncomfortable if needing to get up at night due to the steep stairs. Kitchen is modern and has most items for self catering, but could need more light if one isnplanning on cooking there.
