Lack of outdoor space that gets the sun !

Overall, the property could best be described as looking tired and in need of some basic attention to the overall experience. I have no doubt that with a little TLC happening this would warrant its rating, but it is achieving this based on what it could offer, not the current situation. The structure of the build means that noise from the neighbouring property is a challenge if you are looking for a quite stay, in particular a very noisy dog. This is not a holiday property for peace and quite. Exterior Front/Rear The way the property is organised means the rear is where any deliveries come to, worth noting it’s number 22 if you are organising any grocery deliveries. Equipment in the form of chairs are looking tired and the supporting soft furnishings. Kitchen/Utility The kitchen is decently laid out with a cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer. Note there is no oven gloves available so will need to purchase. When I arrived I found many of the plates and cutlery needing to be washed. The kitchen is reflective of the property, looking tired and lacking minor investment to maintain standards. The refrigerator is showing signs of rust to the exterior door. Annoying was a lack of a chain to the sink plug, particularly when using hot water as to drain the sink you have to submerge a hand to lift out the plug. The property details omit there being laundry facilities, to be fair considering the condition of the equipment it’s probably best to assume there is none. The washing machine is badly stained on the exterior and probably could do with an internal clean, items come out not smelling fresh (only washed property stuff) There is tumble drier, reported that is was not tumbling, but no action while I was there for the 17 days. Steam mop housed in this cupboard, great I thought until discovering the filler cap was missing. Living/Dining Area Decently fitted out with a sofa and chair, all electric recliners which is a nice touch.

Close to large supermarkets and short walk to Quesada 10 - 15 minutes Everything you could possibly want available Clean Comfortable Close to pool nice well kept pool and grounds.

Little sun in outside spaces

Great location, 15 minute walk to the main street in Quesada. Comfy beds & sofa and great kitchen & bathroom facilities. Judith was brilliant and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed.

Nothing - it’s a great property.

Breakfast not included, key collection was easy. Owner/manager always at the end of a phone/WhatsApp to help with any small issues. Large house, bathrooms and kitchen were great, outside space really nice. Nice pool nearby but we didn't use it as it was the end of November and we were busy too, during the day.

Neighbours were a bit loud on the first night, property is in a row so nothing owners can do. After the first night, all was quiet.
