I had booked the accommodation with a check in time of 1:2 am, however when I arrived the accommodation was full, when I called the owner I was informed that I could only enter at 2pm and despite being able to select the check in time on booking, I could only enter at 2pm. In addition to the situation you created, you are charging for the stay.
