Lovely property, nicely decorated and modern. Pool with plenty of sun beds

All was lovely, having a rental car comes in handy to explore the area and go to the beach

The apartment smells terrible.All drainages from sinks and sewers smell awful and you need to keep them closed every single moment. That was really unpleasant.

What a delight after a long day travelling. You walk into a lovely outdoor area with a bbq outdoor sink and food prep area, lovely long table with chill out chairs too Inside is functional with a thoughtfully stocked kitchen, everything you would need to cook from home, also a very handy downstairs toilet. Washing machine and clothes drying rack The upstairs is roomy with a balcony that gets the morning sun. Plenty of room for clothes and storage, the beds are comfy and rooms tastefully decorated. The huge secure swimming pool is seen from upstairs balcony and wasn’t busy We had a dedicated parking spot which is a must on this lovely island You are walking distance from shops and restaurants and the main GC1 motorway so fantastic for day trips but no road noise

Slight smell towards end of holiday

This is a very nice house, in a very sweet littel town . It’s easy to get around if u have a car, we don’t know but we have a feeling it’s easy to get around by bus too. The house have evrything u can wish for, in a very nice quite area. The two bathrooms and the area where u can sit outside is nice too. There is umprellas u can bring to the beach. We Think the house is nice for a family of 4. We always got a quik answer for all our questions. We will highly reccomend this house. If u stay here u must eat in La Bolognaise in the town-Best Italien food, EVER. Love and Hate is nice to. Stay away from “Osaka”

It does smell very bad of drain, but that is ofcourse not the Companys fault , we would say its very comment it smells of drain alot of places in Gran Canaria , but nope not a very nice smell.

Everything was really good

Very nice well-equipped small apartment in a quiet holiday zone. We loved the closed terrace which is serving as a dining room also. Direct access to the pool, super comfortable beds, two bathrooms with toilette. Everything was clean. Lorena is a great host, she was very patient however we were late and changed our arrival time in the last second...

there was no such thing

A very tidy and lovely apartment equipped with everything you need. A good bed and a nice two bathroom. Lorena is a great host and the communication was super easy and quick. The location is very convenient, near shops and public transport. We used taxis all the time as it was less than 10 minutes to Yumbo Centre and Maspalomas Beach.

There was only one air conditioner in the Double bedroom, it would be nice to have one in the twin bedroom too, but at least the was a fan. Fix up the upstairs bathroom curtain holder, as it keeps dropping.
