+ beautiful location, the house is situated on the first line of the sea + well-kept garden with natural grass (not artificial, which is increasingly common in Spain) is perfect for relaxing + safe neighborhood in a single-family housing estate + a wide beach that was almost always empty in September + away from the hustle and bustle of the city and mass tourism, yet easy to get to Malaga or other nearby towns by car
