The patio overlooking the gardens and pool. The location close to shops and restaurants. Good parking.

The online booking in procedure is onerous, we did not have to do that at the other property we stayed at on the island the week before. The AI generated communication when you try and contact the owner is not very good, it answers in seconds but i am not sure the owner sees the message. The shower curtain rail fell down the first time we used it. We reported it straight away to the AI generated watsapp contract number, and it was still broken when we left a week later. There were some little mites in the kitchen cupboards, i think they were in the wood. We left some bread on a plate in the cupboard and when we got it out , the plate was covered in mites running around. I should have taken a picture but we just threw it away, there is a picture of one of the mites in my review. Our advice, keep everything in containers or the fridge. There was not enough crockery and cuttlrey for 5 people, even though there were 5 beds. The property is on a busy road, the bed room for 2 at the front of the house would hear road traffic but the back bedroom for 2 overlooked the gardens and was quiet,we were only 2 and slept there. We enjoyed our stay but there are problems with the property that need sorting out.

Spacious apartment, with more rooms and a big terrace. Ocean view from the terrace. 2 big pools around a nice garden. A wonderful seaside promenade. Close to the airport and Santa Cruz, close to the supermarket and more restaurants. Comfortable for a longer time too. You can reach all parts of the island easily from there. I highly recommend for big family or a group of friends. Ricardo, the host was very kind, attentive and helpful.

Kitchen equipment incomplete, only few dishes in poor condition. More chairs in the terrace were broken. And some carpet would make more pleasant the walking on the cold floor. But overall they did not spoil the pleasant atmosphere of the accommodation either.
