Location to beach

Air conditioning wasnt very strong. Property was clean but could do with some updated paint work.

Lovely house in the Bahia Meloneras development. Comfortable and very well appointed. Really nice outside areas both front and back. An easy walk to the local beach and restaurants. Excellent.

Nothing

It was a bit difficult to open the front gate, but if you lift it the gate slightly it’s fine, might be worth looking into.

Location

The property could do with refurbishing, many items not working , door locks , windows rattle, and a bit shoddy, would have liked a bbq, overall the place needs an upgrade

The location works at every level.

Small stuff, too small to register

Peaceful location with a view of the sea from the upstairs balcony, only a 10 minute walk to Meloneras beach and within walking distance of shops, restaurants and a major bus stop. Very well equipped. Bottled water, fruit, bread and a bottle of cava provided by hostess on arrival. Hand soap, shower gel, cleaning products, etc. also provided. Hostess easy to contact and very helpful. Her husband drove me to the bus stop when I left, which was a kind gesture.

The main swimming pool was closed for repairs while I was there but that was just an unfortunate coincidence. Otherwise everything was great!

We were received very kindly, and when a minor technical issue arose, it was resolved immediately. The location is quiet and convenient, with several restaurants and shops nearby. We always found a parking spot on the street.

A few electrical outlets in the kitchen area would be useful.
