"Exceptional"

pleasant feeling left of a place: admirable hostess, who put soul in what she does: beginning with clean an cozy dwelling till her own paintings and flowers in patio. Very cozy patio and terrace with barbecue on the roof. Just near the bus stop to Cordova. I would stay again, it's much more pleasant to get up in the suburbs with fresh air rather than in a big city.
