Villa Papagayo Relax

Joan was great, very helpful and quick to respond. The house is great, the location superb.

Everything quite worn, the place really needs a refresh. The sun loungers are barely usable, very uncomfortable as they are so worn out. The sofa in the sun room are wicker and falling apart to a certain degree. Pool is heated, but only to about 22/23 degrees C.

Great quiet location in our favourite part of Playa Blanca , spacious, comfy beds and clean . Big pool. Sun room provided lovely warm area to sit when it was breezy or cloudy.

Very outdated. Outside seating/ pool area very bland with no greenery , planting etc. Pool heating didn’t make the pool comfortable enough to swim. Patio doors didn’t feel very secure - primitive and outdated locking system.

Location is excellent. Only a few minutes walk from all the facilities one would need, including supermarket. The area is mature, ie not ‘half-built’ like some other areas. Conservatory is an excellent feature for the changeable weather in January/February. Owners are very responsive and accommodating (thank you for the extra 2 hours on departure day!)

Outside garden furniture would have been a great addition. AC wasn’t working. In February this was not much inconvenience, but would be an issue in July etc

La villa te ofrece todas las necesidades para disfrutar de tu estancia en Lanzarote. Limpieza, Equipamiento y Ubicación perfecta. A todo ello hay que añadir los detalles y la amabilidad de Joan. Sin lugar a dudas, intentaremos volver cuando se pueda.

Comfortable house, good sleeping arrangements, lovely sunroom. Big fridge, good laundry facilities with dryer. Convenient and quiet location with shops and waterfront in walking distance. Amazing view from sunroom/ pool area. Owner friendly and responsive.

Pool heating not effective enough to make much use of pool (December stay)

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. We really enjoyed the space, the comfort, and the peaceful location that was still close to everything.

The air conditioning unit in the living room didn’t work properly; The unit in the main bedroom worked but didn’t cool very effectively. Another little note: we really appreciated having an oven, but it would be even more functional with a proper baking tray (the one there was small and extremely rusty) and an oven mitt.

Schon im Vorfeld hat die Kommunikation mit Joan dem Gastgeber perfekt funktioniert. Er war immer da für uns wenn wir Probleme oder Fragen hatten. Die Villa haben wir mit einem Mietwagen erreicht, wir empfehlen einen Wagen. Es ist eine sehr ruhige, sichere Gegend ohne Fluglärm oder Nachbarn die stören. Aldi Lidl und Andere Shops sowie den Papagayo-Beach (Natur Piste) erreicht man mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten. Zu fuss ist es in der Hitze zu weit um zum Strand zu gehen. Mit dem Bike viel zu staubig auf der Naturpiste, daher sind wir mit dem Auto dort hin gefahren, die Villa liegt direkt am Abzweiger zum Papagayo-Beach. Alle drei Beaches dort sind sehr schön und waren im September nicht überlaufen. Die Villa hat einen grossen sauberen Pool 25°C der 1-2x die Woche gereinigt wird. Der Pool ist nicht einsehbar, man kann zu jeder Zeit baden wie man will. Es gibt einen Tischtennistisch draussen, nehmen Sie ihren Schläger mit. Das Haus ist gut möbliert und weist viele Wandschränke auf. Es riecht gut im Haus. Fürs Bad haben wir Raumduft gekauft. Das Masterbad hat eine grosse runde Dusch und Badewanne. Die Betten sind gut und die Matratzen eher hart was für uns gut war. Die Kissen sind eher gross und dick, daher habe ich mir eines im Supermarkt gekauft. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden. Geschirr und Gläser hat es viel. Was fehlt kann günstig eingekauft werden. Der Wintergarten ist das Allerbeste, es war unser Lebens-Zentrum. DIE TÜREN SIND NEU, alles funktioniert bestens. Man ist geschützt vor dem Wind, tags kann man die Schiebetüren öffnen und es ist kühl und am Abend kann man lange draussen sitzen. (nehmen Sie ein rundes Tischtuch mit dann ist der Tisch noch viel schöner und Gesellschaftsspiele sind einfacher weil der Tisch Ritzen hat). Es gab keine lästigen Tierchen, bei Windstille ab und zu eine Fliege. Alles in allem perfekte Ferien - ich betone nochmals Der verglaste Wintergarten ist Gold wert, ich werde in windigen Ferienorten nur noch solche Villen buchen. Danke Joan

Nos gustó mucho la ubicación porque está en un entorno residencial muy tranquilo. La piscina tiene una orientación perfecta y es muy privada. La casa está bien equipada y limpia. El trato con el anfitrión fue perfecto

Quizás algún pequeño detalle de mantenimiento general que no empaña la estancia en absoluto
