Left to ourselves, parking on site and very efficient heating and hot water.

Faulty window and door catches. Basic cooking utensils. Lacking information regarding local services and amenities.

Clean, spacious airy with great indoor/outdoor

The window in the bathroom and the small one in the upper hall don’t open so I couldn’t shut the blinds and this makes the upstairs too hot. Also it would be nice to have a shade over half the outside patio. A mattress topper on the double bed would make all the difference and 100% white cotton sheets. I’d also take off the 90s curtains!

Well placed, near La Fossa Beach, The Port, could reach quickly all we needed

Just in the living room had an AC, was pretty hot in the rest of the house, although they had a fan in each room.

Clean and tidy. Well organised arrival. Spacious.

Sparse cooking utensils, especially needed a bread knife, tin opener and bottle opener that worked.

Spacious accommodation. Good kitchen facilities. Washing machine. Air conditioning. Showers hot. Secure parking . Everything that we needed for our stay. Helpful owner.

Shower heads could do with changing to create a better spray (and save water). Not very good storage for clothes etc.. No hairdryer.

Great location. The owner was extremely helpful.

The oven didn't work

Excellent location. Few minutes walk to old town, short drive to everywhere else. House very well equipped and good value. Lovely views from balcony. Free use of pool. Had a fantastic stay and would use again when we next visit the area. Calpe is a beautiful town which has everything you need for a great holiday.

Garden furniture/terrace a little tired could do with renewing and some extra lighting.

We are very appreciative of them taking our booking on the day of check in, after a different place cancelled on us last minute. The place was immaculately clean, the welcome was great and all the facilities you need are there. Next time we are back in Spain we plan to re-book.
