La Tranquilidad ! Las vistas! Pasamos unos buenos días! Nos gusto todo.

La sensación de hogar familiar, la ubicación tranquila si vas buscando eso.

Falta de limpieza,el mobiliario está en mal estado (camas muy hundidas, tapa del WC rota, sillones sin casi color de los años que tiene) Se sabe que al estar en el campo puede haber algún animal dentro, pero llegar y encontrarte cagadas de dicho animal en la zona de la cocina con la vajilla y demás...no terminamos de verlo.

The view is breathtaking. Most of our time was spent at the pool. Nice open yard for having a bbq. Great location and close to the beach. Washer and Dryer is a plus. We are a family of 9 and there was plenty of room for all of us

The house is a little old and could use an upgrade. Definitely needs a dishwasher and a stovetop.

PRO'S: The location of the house is good, close to La Orotava and Puerto de la Cruz. The view from the outdoor space are beautiful and very relaxing. There are two free parking outside the house and the check-in/ check-out have been flexibile and easy. At a glance the open kitchen and living room looks like traditional canarian country house.

CON'S: The quality of furniture and kitchen utensils, as well as outdoor spaces is kept to a minimum level. I would not recommend this house if you are looking for a comfortable and welcoming place for more than a few days. The main improvable things we noticed during our stay were: - the outdoor pictures of the listing are out of date - lack of wardrobes and drawers for storing clothes - apart of one room - no inner doors, so no privacy between rooms - wi-fi signal only in the living room - wi-fi slow - NOT recommended for remote workers - most beds are uncomfortable to sleep in because partly broken or warn-out - bed sheets and blankets could be cleaner - broken chairs in the kitchen - old kitchen utensils (knives are useless) - cooktops are not enought for a group of 9+ people - non-stick pans should be thrown away because of damage - no hot water in the kitchen - faucet in kitchen sink is loose or broken so sprays water around - refrigerator is full or rust, it's small, broken and doesn't cool much - broken clotheslines( 1 out of 2) - cold and humid - shower head broken in one of the bathrooms, so sprays water all around - shower drain backed up so doesn't drain quickly enough - missing key of the bathroom

The view and sounds of the sea, the beautiful house and garden, the mornings spend in the sun on the beautiful terrace and the really friendly people that care about the apartment... Living here really felt like a dream!

You really need a rental car to get around and go shopping, since the buses sometimes don't show up or just drive past you. Also the walk to the beach is around 20 minutes and goes down a hill, but we loved the little walk there (and there are also tame lizards on the way) so that is just a heads up and not a negative point:)
