Die Lage war sehr ruhig und noch einige Baustellen im näherem Umkreis.

Kein Restaurant im Ort oder Nebenort. Man musste immer das Auto benutzen. Sehr windig und viele Windräder in der Umgebung.

Przemyły Gospodarz! Nie było dla niego problemem przyjechać w środku nocy wydać klucze i przywitać nas przekąskami, winem oraz napojami. Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Dom czyściutki, świetnie wyposażona kuchnia, świeże ręczniki do kąpieli jak i plażowe. Rewelacyjne miejsce do grillowania z kuchnią zimową. Basen chodź woda trochę chłodna ;)

Beautiful, well-equipped house in a lovely location. Off the beaten tourist track, but at the same time well connected to places of interest by bus. The property owners were thoughtful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They can provide airport pick-up/drop-off, excursions to places of interest, or trip to the supermarket by arrangement. Easy walking distance to amazing seafood restaurants in St Miguel de Tajao and volcanic features such as Arco de Tajao.

There was nothing that we didn't like. However, if you are after a lively beach scene, then you might find La Listada and neighbouring La Jaca rather quiet during the week, coming to life more at the weekends. But if you are after peace and quiet on a stunning, rugged coastline it is perfect.

Lovely house, the owner was really helpful and we loved the nice peaceful area.

The villa doesn't justify the cost; it should be significantly cheaper. Due to numerous inconveniences, it should be priced much lower. We had limited time to choose a hotel and made a hasty decision. Subsequently, we found apartments with similar pricing and sleeping capacity but far superior amenities. These included air conditioning, a dishwasher, clean utensils, a bright and stylish ambiance, white bedding, and pristine towels—unfortunately lacking in the villa. The villa is excessively stuffy throughout, and even with open windows, there is inadequate ventilation. We were offered a fan, but in the heat, it was insufficient and did not replace an air conditioner. We visited in late November, with an outdoor temperature of 26-27 degrees Celsius. The indoor temperature was equally high, making it unbearable to stay or sleep comfortably. The villa lacked basic necessities for a comfortable stay. Only two bath towels were provided, and they were black. Firstly, there weren't enough towels for the pool and sun loungers. Secondly, black shower towels are disrespectful to guests, indicating a lack of concern for the cleanliness and upkeep of these towels. After using these towels, black lint remained on the body. The host provided two additional towels with the fan, but they smelled musty. There was no separate foot towel in the bathroom. Dust was present on the sink and bathtub, suggesting either inadequate cleaning or the property being vacant for an extended period. Beds lacked duvet covers, and instead, simple sheets were provided. It felt more like a hostel or dormitory than a villa costing £160 per night. Power outlets were inconveniently located far from the beds, making it challenging to charge phones at night. Mattresses were quite firm, though this was tolerable for us, accustomed to sleeping on a firm mattress. The kitchen had only one socket for several appliances, requiring us to unplug one device to use another.
