"You need a car, pool amazing , nice quiet area , I am being picky as we had a lovely holiday ."

Excellent pool area off street parking. Very good communication with Rob who works for the owner. Quesada town has good selection of places to eat and good supermarkets nearby ( you need a car ) Kitchen has loads of pots and pans , cups , glassware etc. tv has plenty of English channels.

Beds uncomfortable Not as clean as it could have been BBQ left dirty, found chocolate wrappers under our bed , table on balcony dirty between glass and edges. Probably just unlucky with whoever was there before because last year it was definitely cleaner. Sun loungers could do with replacing or being re covered.

"Well equipped and tidy"

The size of the villa was perfect. Very well equipped. 40 mins to Alicante and 40 mins to Murcia. Close to lots of supermarkets and some bars and restaurants. We had a car so it was perfect and the villa had off road parking. Pool was lovely and clean.

"Lovely relaxing stay"

Lovely property, nicely furnished and good was all on one level. Pool was fantastic and was a big hit.

Could add a dry flat mop to wipe the floors over. There was a mop but that was used by pool cleaner

"Anazing"

Very clean . Never been to a cleaner place , inside and out. The kitchen had everything you needed and the beds were very comfortable. The outside area was very big and the pool was massive. The supermarkets are close by and the beach was 10 minutes drive. The are was very quiet which made it a relaxing stay.

I would have given it 10 out of 10 as the villa is advertised as having full air conditioning, but the smaller bedroom doesn't have it. Apart from that , perfect. The online pictures don't do the villa justice.

We liked everything, the house location, (of course you need a car), a lot rooms outside, pool is good size as well (not heated pool, i would recommend in future to consider it, for spring and autumn visitors). I recommend 100% this house. Many thanks to Rob, he is very kind person.

The villa was fabulous, clean & tidy & everything you need. Rob & Marie very helpful. Pool & outside areas lovely.

The oven didn’t cook properly but not the end of the world.
