Great location. Beach, shops, restaurants all within easy walking distance. Spacious, clean, well equipped property with excellent outside space. Cristina was very helpful. She always replied promptly to my queries & provided many extras for our little grandson.

The location is great, close to the beach, with easy walking distance to restaurants, bars, and shops. The house has all the facilities you could wish for. The owner met us at the property and gave us the full information we needed. (She even dropped us off at the shopping centre to buy groceries)

There is nothing to dislike whatsoever!

Absolutely fantastic! Quiet house near the beach, shops and airport. Cristina was very helpful during our stay and gave us a lot of good advices and recommendations. The house had everything what we needed. I also appreciated the first aid kit. I will definitely stay here again when I return back on Lanzarote. I would recommend this place to everyone who wants to spend a peaceful holiday and enjoy the beauty of this amazing island.

The house is amazing, very spacious, wonderful very large patio/garden, large windows, super clean, very new furnishings and everything very new inside. Big kitchen and dining-room. Cristina, the host, was friendly, very helpful with everything. Location is perfect with direct access to the beach. This is one of the best places I ever stayed in all of Canary Islands. We will come back!

We liked everything!

Nicely and purposefully furnished house in a quiet location, in a normal local development (no big hotels or the like in the vicinity). Well-equipped kitchen (reasonably large fridge with freezer, oven, hob, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, citrus press and also enough small kitchen utensils, which is not always obvious). A bathroom with a spacious shower, many towels, children's cosmetics were also prepared. Two toilets and a bidet. Washing machine, iron, ironing board. Three bedrooms (we only used 2) with comfy beds, plenty of storage space and bedding. Large living room, dining area, etc. The whole house is spacious, airy, bright, you just feel at home. There is also a private garden behind (the grass is artificial, but that's normal here, the whole island is a volcanic desert), with covered outdoor seating, a grill, a parasol, a small pool for children. There is also a private parking space in the locked backyard, the house has a security door and an alarm. Flawless WiFi, cable connection is also possible. Many materials about the island, trips, places to visit were prepared in the house - we used it. The house was well cleaned upon our arrival and we were also offered the option of cleaning during our stay if needed. The owners are very pleasant and sympathetic people, willing and helpful. Communication with them was easy and comfortable. They seemed to us like our old friends. A shopping center with a food market and many other shops is within walking distance of about 15-20 min, which is completely fine. There is also a bus stop next to this shop, from where you can easily travel anywhere on the island. The connection is good (similar to the CZ), there is a good internet planner, prices are moderate. There are also several small restaurants within a similar distance. La Concha beach is close to the house (about 5 minutes), the beach is large, sandy, with occasional stones, good for children, not overcrowded.

There is absolutely nothing to criticize about this accommodation :-) It is only necessary to note that it is a great place for a quiet and relaxing holiday in a homely environment, that's how we like it. If you are looking for a place with commercial hotel entertainment, a busy promenade with stalls, bars and discos - this type of vacation needs to be looked for in another destination.
