La casa se nota que está hecha con cariño y mucho gusto , el parking es un plus muy importante por la zona en la que se encuentra el alojamiento, ( pleno centro) . Carlos, el propietario, muy atento y resolutivo con mís dudas.

Por poner una pega los equipos del futbolin son barcelona y real madrid, y nosotros somos del Atlético de Madrid. Es broma, todo perfecto 👌

Localización perfecta, tienes plaza de garaje en la misma vivienda.

Nada, lo único que hay que saber que la vivienda queda en zona más arriba que hay que subir escalera, no es limitante para casi nadie, pero si necesitas acceso adaptado no se podría.
