A small quiet place with nice apartments and also very central and close to the beach. Its only 400m to the elevator that takes you down to the beach and there are plenty of supermarkets very near the complex. The neighbours living there permanently in some of the apartments are friendly and kind! I have to point out … such great service by excellent staff! Both manager, receptionist Melany and the cleaning-lady are very kind people and so professional! For example I got help to book a appointment at multioptica by Melany as I lost my glasses at a restaurant. I’ve also got help to book a new stay to come back in winter. So grateful for that! I was also given a bottle of wine as a compensation for the noise outside made by workers fixing the place a few days. The noise actually didn’t disturb me at all these few days so that was not a problem for me! But the wine was a lovely gesture so thank you! The complex and especially the pool and pool-area are taken well care of and is well maintained and very clean. Also I felt safe there and had the opportunity to feel private as there are not crowded in this small and quiet complex. Also enjoyed the privacy on the roof-terrace and wonderful sunsets with visiting parrots, hoopoes and small singing birds in different trees around. For me Felicidad is a quiet, safe and great place to heal my rheumatism. You have all you need in the apartment for a great holiday … like a well equipped kitchen and a washingmachine as a bonus. Also very comfy bed, loads of sun during the day and a heated pool.

The holiday home whe got was very cosy and the service is perfect. If you have a question or you need something Melany is standby and will always do everything to help you. The area is quiet and safe because you can not enter into the complex without your key. We appreciated a lot that Melany tries to arrange -if possible of course- a later check-out to be more comfortable.

Nothing. And if there should be something I am sure that they will do everything to find a solution.

Everything was great. Location, shops close, restaurants, the beach, bus stop. Staff was very friendly. Thank you for all.

Great location and has everything you need. Pool area was lovely and the complex was very peaceful. The host Melany is very helpful and she assisted us with every request.

The location was central, but peaceful. The apartment had both roof and ground terraces, so the sun was available whenever it was sunny. The staff was friendly and would have helped if needed. The kitchen was well equipped. The oven was a nice surprise. We got more keys which made daily life easier

Great location, close enough for beach and bars but also very private, pool was cold which was a shame , bungalow clean , shower ok , not enough hot water for 4 people tho , had to wait in between showers Mel the host very helpful yes would return
