The home was decorated beautifully and we enjoyed the neighborhood. We loved that there were places to gather with our family. Check in and check out were easy and the host communicated very well, making our stay much easier.

We were traveling with my parents, who are very active, but older with some minor mobility issues. While everyday things like stairs are fine, there were a few challenges. The first is that the main floor toilet is in a tunnel, that does not allow one to stand up completely. Additionally the "stairs" and very small door to the rooftop deck were very difficult to access. Finally, the apartment is located up a pretty steep hill which was exhausting to walk in the heat. Had I known this, I would have looked for a different location for our group as it was a challenge for my parents.

- Le manque d’explications et d’implication de la propriétaire. C’est à dire : - À l’arrivée la difficulté d’accès qui n’est pas précisée, à l’intérieur ( maison sur 3 étages avec escaliers raides) comme à l’extérieur (même les taxis refusent de venir jusqu’au bout de la rue). - L’inconfort dû à une panne d’eau chaude : bouteille de gaz vide, et aucune instruction claire. Nous avons du attendre les techniciens et donc changer notre programme. Ils ont résolu en 3 minutes ce que nous aurions pu faire nous même, : Total 2 jours sans eau chaude. - La propriétaire avait préparé 6 couchages dont 1 lit double alors que nous n’étions pas en couple. Elle a évoqué le dernier jour un jeu de draps soit disant disponible : nous ne l’avons jamais trouvé et donc une personne a dormi sans draps ! - Pas de torchon de cuisine et surtout un échange avec elle ni constructif, ni bienveillant et surtout avec une personne de mauvaise foi… Quel contraste avec l’accueil chaleureux des habitants de Grenade…

It was homely, relaxing. It suited a group of us. The roof terrace was lovely.

The highlight for us was definitely the rooftop terrace. The view from up here was amazing and it was a great place to hangout during the day or at the end of the night. Everything else about our stay was great too and our host was extremely helpful is recommending some great restaurants.

Definitely not a negative but just a warning to anyone with mobility issues or heavy luggage that the climb up to the location can seem tough at first. However, I was traveling with my parents who are in there 70s and they had no issues, and honestly if you're staying in Granada there's no avoiding the hills!

The apartment is right in the heart of Granada’s historic city center, within walking distance of major sights and plenty of restaurants. The rooms are spacious and well furnished, and the bathrooms are clean—one of them even had a handheld bidet, which is quite rare in Europe and something we all appreciated. The kitchen was well equipped, the rooftop offered a great view, and the beds were very comfortable. The free Wi-Fi was also very reliable. The host, Ines, was very supportive—she shared detailed instructions on how to reach the property and responded to our questions promptly.

Arriving by car was quite challenging. We had a seven-seater, and navigating the narrow, sloped streets was difficult—especially at night. We later discovered that the property is at the end of the road, followed by stairs, which made turning the car around to head back down quite tricky. Even with a smaller car, it would still be a bit challenging (though manageable). Also, having only one key for a group of eight guests was inconvenient—we would have appreciated having at least two keys.
