Los dueños de la casa muy agradables y atentos. Todo muy limpio y nuevo. Tiene mosquiteras y una terraza muy agradable. Buena ubicación para recorrer la isla.

Les chiens du voisin qui aboient tout la nuit. Des coques déréglé qui commencent a 03h du matin a chanter et souvent comment souffle le vent l'odeur et le bruit des cochons du voisin. Very friendly and helpful host

Really friendly welcome, clean, organised and stylish accommodation. Perfectly located in the middle of Gran Canaria, in a non touristic village, so you can get a taste of the local life. Quite convenient if you have a hire car and want to explore the island. 20 minutes drive from the airport, 30 minutes to Mas Palomas/PDI.

Despite it didn't bother us there is a farm next door with livestock, so not for everybody.

Nicely converted breezeblock building in an area of smallholdings, 10 min walk from town. Don't be put off by the narrow access road and pig farm opposite - you can't smell it so much when you are inside. Very friendly owners who met me early at the property and let me leave my luggage. New bed was comfortable and good bathroom/shower en suite. very useful kitchen with fridge, cooker, coffee machine etc. Somewhere to sit outside and hang your washing. There was construction work going on in the other half of the building during the day, but this didn't bother me as I was out cycling every day. Free bottle of water (not wine !) in the fridge, on arrival.

Property not suitable if you are light sleeper due to noise of barking dogs and cockerals all night/early morning. You need a torch to access the property in the dark. Cars go right past the bedroom window late at night.

Fantastic little house in very peaceful location with private garden with views of the mountains. Great shower, comfortable bed.

If you want to work, the internet is very unstable. But 4G is good.

Location (Agüimes) is close to the airport and from there we found it a good base camp for our dayhikes. The property sits between a cluster of small farms etc. Only a few minutes walking into the center of Agüimes which is worth a visit anyway, easy access to stores if you want to prepare some meals in the property (well equipped kitchen with 4-gas stoves,microwave,full size refrigerator etc) Thanks for the lovely bottle of wine on our arrival. This is not about "being negative", just some transparent info for potential visitors. (unfortunately Booking.com sees thing rather black-white , "good" or "bad" but I'm posting this under the "happy face" section anyway) The property is next to a very small road connecting the other farms/houses in the cluster. There is hardly any traffic, but the cars that do pass drive pretty fast so they can be audible if you sleep with the windows open! For anybody that is used to staying in rural areas, you'll hear quite some dog barking. Don't expect absolute tranquility all the time. But no worries, you'll hear the birds chirping on the morning!
