The location of the house is good — just a few minutes by car from the commercial center and the supermarket. It’s also close to the beach, only a 10-minute walk away, and there was available parking. These are the positive aspects.

At the beginning, they were two and a half hours late in giving us the keys. We arrived extremely tired and had to wait outside on the street. Later, a Moroccan girl who was cleaning the apartment handed us the keys. The apartment was about 90% clean inside, but the outside area — the pool and the terrace — was extremely dirty. Honestly, there were many negative points: – The air conditioning was very bad. – The vacuum cleaner didn’t work. – The dishwasher didn’t work. – The Wi-Fi worked in the morning but stopped working at night. – The double bed was broken — I fell off it twice and almost hurt my back because the wooden slats were loose and could fall to the floor. – Most of the kitchen dishes were chipped around the edges, which is not hygienic. – The water pressure in the bathroom showers was extremely poor — the water barely came out, and taking a shower could take up to half an hour. In the end, I kept messaging them on WhatsApp, but they stopped replying.

We are a couple in our 70's and we arrived around 7pm on a January evening but the heating was not working. We were moved to another house about an hour later to a different area. By this time we were freezing. The heating should have been checked that it was working and the house should have had the heating on low as the owner knew our ages.

Good size and generally modern.

TV not working and water pressure too low to get a worthwhile shower.

Nice Location, perfect for Family. Beautiful Villa with 3 bedrooms and private pool. Lo Pagan Beach at just 10 minutes walking. You can easily reach Murcia in 45 minutes and Alicante in around 1H (by car). We got professional support from Host and Agency during our stay.

Wonderful pool! Fabulous air conditioning (although would be nice if it stayed on). All kitchen equipment we needed, toys and bits for the beach and pool at the villa. A wonderful place!

Air conditioning is on a timer so we woke in the night hot and had to turn back on.

The property would be lovely if it was cleaned and maintained efficiently. Things don’t work, it looks tired. The location is good though .

It was dirty- visibly dirty- the bedding was marked, there were stains on the couch, there were black finger prints over the kitchen cupboards , the shower was rotten. I had to clean it too to bottom and wash the bedding (un matching) before we could sleep in there . I wish I had taken some pics but I didn’t as I was too busy cleaning.

A nice and contemporary house in a good location. Walking distance to beaches and restaurants. Good appliances, good beds and a perfect host in Damian.

The upstairs solarium was not properly furnished. The BBQ was a joke, and the furniture inadequate. Some lounges, a table for 6 and a proper BBQ would make all the difference.

There was everything we needed in the house. The local contact person was available for us any moment when we had a question or needed something.

Some tiny household details which can be easy to fix.

Damian the house manager was very helpful. great indoor and outdoor space, 2 bathrooms, on street parking, WiFi and beer/wine in the fridge,

useless house manual - no instructions on how to get things working. Aircon/ heating didn’t work but Damian sent an engineer to fix Hairdryer was broken but was replaced main door key/lock was very stiff, thought key might break. we greased the mechanism which helped a bit. pillows were awful sun beds on the solarium were broken Bathroom door jams on the floor when closing it
