Los Pinos 23 Villas Casasol

The location was good. The pool area was excellent. Plenty of sunbeds and chairs.

We didn't have any hot water for 24 hours. The house is dated. The shower screen was damaged and got mold on it.

The complex was well maintained and felt very safe. Location was quiet but still easy walking distance to all the local amenities. The accommodation was very clean. The air conditioning was very welcome and worked well. The taxi service was very good indeed and Casasol staff were very helpful and responded quickly to any enquiries. The package of washing materials was very useful and the cold beers and peanuts were a lovely touch on our arrival.

In our opinion aspects of the property itself were in need of a little tlc and updating . The price paid was not reflected in the standard of the accommodation.

Great location short walk to bars and restaurants down the hill and up the hill more traditional tapas bars buy a beer get a snack free! Nice pool and garden for relaxing. House itself has patio with table, chairs and brolly. Sunloungers aswell. Inside sitting area, dining area and kitchen plus downstairs loo. Back door and couple of chairs on shared patio. Upstairs twin bedroom, double bed and shower room with loo.

Ants had a couple running around, but when we moved the sofa, there was 100! Messaged the agent at 6.30, and someone was round in 40 mins with ant killer. Master bedroom had lovely view of pool, but blackout curtains were 25cm too short so were woken with the sun 5.30am. We put a duvet along the gap to sort the problem. Both toilet seats were missing feet on underside. Garden and pool furniture was seriously sun bleached and looked dirty. Overall a great location and site, but villa a bit tired.

Love the property and also the location is perfect.

The house is a little outdated with some of the living room furniture. Could be updated a little bit but good.

Property managed by Casasol who were excellent. Great location close to beach and center
