The pool was excellent and also the cooking facilities were brilliant .

The cockroaches as we killed 5 on our stay in the house and could still hear more.needs to be professionally fumigated.needs more toilet paper during the stay .washing up liquid and a cloth for cleaning the counted would be nice also.

We have stayed before, so we knew what to expect

The bed in the upstairs bedroom, the mattress needs replacing has it dips in the middle

Lovely pool and clean property, close to a big lidl and the beach. Great value for money!

Very close to the main strip, the villa was very clean and practical for what we needed it for

A few things could do with being updated, the decor pool table, table tennis are a bit grubby, you could get by with those things though but unfortunately the 2 double beds were very uncomfortable giving us bad backs for 2 weeks. There’s just not a lot of comfort in the villa

Very nice villa, good sized kitchen, nice outdoor area

Not enough hot water. By the time one person had had a quick shower all the hot water was gone and it took an hour to heat up again for the next person. Very difficult to get long hair washed and rinsed before it ran out. The villa was very cold inside, no fireplace or portable heaters. Nothing provides in the kitchen except for dishwasher tablets. No washing up liquid, no cloth, no tea towels

the location of the property was good, all the other services were poor

arrived to a foul smell, to discover the dishwasher was broken and full of stagnant water, foul smell coming from the fridge to discover they was stale milk in the filter that had been there before we arrived, had to throw away all the food we had brought and also go and purchase a bbq ourselves (the one provided wasn’t big enough to even cook 2 burgers on, should have been big enough for 6 people) we were unable to use the kitchen due to the smell. broken socket in the children bedroom, to which when we reported it the owner told us it was us who had done it? broken table and chairs outside, pool table had plastic containers down the pockets to stop the balls getting jammed inside the table. table tennis table wasn’t level so we had to prop it up with wood and purchase 2 new bats as the ones supplies had rubber falling off and were unable to use. on the first night I tried to run a bath for my children and the water was coming through orange?! disgusting! we only had channels 1-3 on the tv, which in modern day is unacceptable. no outside light to the front door to which when we had come home from being out in the evening you couldn’t see to put the key on. the aircon sounded like it was going to take off so was unable to use. to top it off they are doing building works opposite and at the end of the road, we was woken up daily by loud building work, and continued throughout the day, the noise out done our Alexa! when we reported these issues we was told it was all down to us, the booking agent admitted liability as they offered us to move villa but was 35 minutes away in the middle of no where? we was passed on to speak to the owner who was so rude it was unbelievable and we was told all of these issues was down to us. do not waste your money and stay here, it is absolutely shocking!

Issues resolved quickly, pool table big plus but needs updating, good outdoor space.

Cushions for sun beds and outdoor patio table, mattress and pillows need replacing.
