A localização é excelente para quem goste/possa andar a pé, muito central, com muitos restaurantes e lojas perto. A casa é cómoda, tanto a sala como os quartos. A cozinha está bem equipada e existem condimentos, sal. Foram oferecidas garrafas de agua e produtos de higiene.

A sala é um pouco escura, tem uma janela mas entra pouca luz. Um dos quartos só tem claraboia e portanto é dificil arejar. A roupa, toalhas de praia e fatos de banho não seca, uma vez que não há nenhuma área exterior com estendal.
