Piękny widok z tarasu, fajna spokojna lokalizacja, ale trzeba mieć samochód

Żeby dostać się do apartamentu trzeba przejść ok 20 m w całkowicie ciemnym korytarzu. Bez latarki się nie da. Oświetlenie w salonie bardzo słabe, nie można czytać książki. Szyby brudne, na firankach w sypialni kropki pleśni, łóżka na tarasie zniszczone, a pokrowce bardzo brudne. Na 12 nocy dla 2 osób zostawiono nam 1,5 rolki papieru toaletowego. W kuchni 5 listków ręcznika papierowego.

Super výhled na východ slunce, velice příjemné místo, cesty jsou dobrodružství, auto je výhoda, ne-li nutnost...

Muy buena ubicación si buscas tranquilidad y estar cerca de Costa Calma. El apartamento estaba limpio.

Escasa comunicación con el propietario. Check in muy tarde y check out demasiado pronto. Poco material de limpieza y papel de baño.

The "great" view: when you really stand in front of the wall of the terrace, yes, the view is nice. Is it world class? No, but it is nice. But consider: The terrace is really really windy. It will be on most days not possible to stay longer on the terrace than just a few minutes and the wall is so high that you really need to stand up to see the ocean. While sitting: you will only see the orange wall and the sky. Is it a defect? No, but just to make sure that everybody interprets the images realistically.

Fuerteventura is not Venice. You have always good offers of great local hosts in the same region. All my other apartments and hosts on the Canary Islands were a 10 out of 10. - Smell: I visited more than 80 apartments and I never encountered such a smell. It takes your breath when you enter the first time and feels strong again, when you come back. - Positioned in complete dark basement: It really looks like in a horror movie when you come back to the building. Featured by damaged walls and weak lights via single switchers (no motion sensors). - The host (had only a really quick chat that was enough to realize, time wasting to explain something): this apartment seems to be a simple piggy bank with the lowest invest (money and time). Only ask one question. If you ask two and mention the smell and the conditions and requesting an alternative apartment or cancellation, you will get an emotional best practice "basta, finito"- answer: "and here I hope to conclude the discussion that is becoming sterile and bordering on education. Thank you...". - old glasses, dirty floor (socks were black after one minute), long hair from previous guest on sheets. Price included cleaning fee = 70 Euro. For what? We left it cleaner than we got it. - Internet unstable (Most evenings useless with slow download times and unusable upload times.), a dirt road of approx 800m leads to the apartment. Only approx. 10 cars can park on the paved parking (f you have problems with your car or somebody crashes in, you could be in trouble since nearly all car rentals exclude insurance on unpaved areas), damaged window interrupting the view, broken light switches, not working light bulbs (sleeping room, connecting room), no wine glasses (Italian host in a Spanish apartment saying to me he forgot to replace them. Since when?
