La Casa De Vilaflor

So much space, all furnishings and white goods provided, two bathrooms, all very clean

The place was great, near perfect, and i only have one suggestion because i want to help the host with their clear goal of providing such a good experience and to take it to perfection… The TV’s network connection didn’t seem to be strong enough via wifi… Simple fix, connect it with an Ethernet cable… or bring your own, they’re cheap and portable.

Beautiful apartment that has it all in terms of equipment. Also there is a beautiful view of the whole town and surrounding mountains from the rooftop terrace. We enjoyed our stay and would come again.

The bed felt quite short for me, but that seems to be the case in general in this island. I should add that I am quite tall (193cm) so this would not be an issue for everyone.

Nice friendly hosts who met us upon arrival and showed us around. Lovely traditional Canarian property with authentic features. Clean and comfortable, we particularly enjoyed the log fire! Right in the centre of town where there are some really good restaurants including the one next door. A good base for hiking/sightseeing locally and in Teide National Park.

The house is very beautiful, with canarian old style very nicely preserved, it has all amenities, including a fire place which we used in the night. The host was very nice as well, she waited for us on the 1st January with a worm wellcome and some sweets and fruits from their garden. Everything was really nice, but in this period it was a bit difficult we didn’t had hot water, not sure if this only thing could be improved in the future.

- great localization (just were the hiking trails start, next door to the restaurant and a few steps from shop) - very well equipped kitchen - supernice and helpful owner - huge terrace with a 360 view

- it’s not what I dislike, but rather an info that it gets quite cold jn the house in the evening and at night, but there is a fireplace and additional heaters so you can easily get yourself a comfortable temperature :)

A lovely house at a wonderful location in the center of Vilaflor. We very much enjoyed the great air, sunshine and hikes in nature. Our boys each had their own room and with two bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining area and a large roof terrace we had plenty of space. The kitchen is fully equipped and even stocked with oil, vinegar, lots of herbs, coffee, tea etc. The house was lovingly decorated for the holidays and the burning tea lights when we arrived made us feel very welcome.

Being at a height of 1400 m, cold nights can be expected. However, there were plenty of blankets and the fireplace with stocked firewood and matches kept us warm.

We liked the mountain village of Vilaflor and Núria’s place is in perfect location here. The place is spacious and homey with 3 separate rooms which was perfect for us. Also there is a very nice view from the balcony.

Cold was a bit of an issue. It is around 10 degrees in December in Vilaflor and we had a hard time staying warm inside the house, even with the heating fans on. Same with the warm water, we turned it up completely and there was not enough hot water for 4 people to take comfortable showers.

The house is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. We particularly appreciated the guidebooks and coffee machine. The location is excellent and the host accommodated our change of arrival time at short notice, which was nice of them.
