Fantastic location and beautiful property

Property needs maintenance. Neither bedroom door closes and all kitchen cabinets falling to pieces. Just needs TLC.

We had an amazing time at Palm Villa. From the moment we arrived until we left everything was perfect. On arrival we were greeted by the hosts lovely father who handed us over the keys and explained all we needed to know about the villa and gave us a few tips on restaurants, where the supermarket was etc. We were there with friends to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday and the host went out of her way to decorate the villa with balloons, left wine,cake and beer with a few other things to snack on! We couldn't have asked for more 😊. The location was fantastic just a min walk from the beach and the strip with many many restaurants and bars to choose from. The villa itself was spotless. The kitchen was a great size with everything you would need to hand if you wanted to cook. It also had a great living space with plenty of room and an amazing view of the sea. The bedrooms were also spacious and plenty of storage for clothes etc. The beds were very comfortable and although we didn't need them there was extra blankets stored in the wardrobes if you wanted to use them. The outside had a beautiful area with a pool, hot tub and seating area to the back of the property and a little bar with sofas to the front of the villa. There were a selection of sunbeds and a bonus was the washing room where there was a washing machine and dryer if needed. I would definitely come back to the villa again when visiting Lanzarote, whether it be with friends or a family trip with the kids this would be a big hit for everyone!

Location is great, a couple of minutes walk to the strip and to a nearby Spar. The hot tub was lovely, very relaxing. The terrace area was also lovely. Special mention to the customer service from the host - they responded immediately to any concerns.

The air con in one room wasn't working. There is only one bathroom in the property. There was an issue with the electricity and the water pressure, but in fairness, the customer service from the host was excellent in this regard - they responded to us immediately.

The Villa was amazing, clean, comfortable, close to beach and the front with all the bars and restaurants and very quiet and secure. The owner arranged transport back to the airport and he replied to correspondence almost immediately. There was also a lovely welcome package included that we didn't expect.😊

No complaints at all.

The apartment was in a great location, a few minutes walk to the beach, main strip of shops and restaurants. It had everything you could wish for; lovely areas within the village, private pool for during the day, and hot tub for early evening ! Great owner communication, who was so helpful and even booked our taxi back to the airport - would highly recommend and we hope to be back next year.
