Great location and space

The only issue weas the ants but spray was provided

The house is In great location In Costa Teguise, walking distance to restaurants and beach. The house requieres better maintenance. There were parts failing, like toilet cover or electrical plugs. Also, when we arrived, we found ants in the kitchen and also a cockroach in the living room. The guy from the agency was nice and available.

The location of the property is excellent quite cul de sac a couple of minutes walk from beach shops and restaurants lovely spacious accommodation with more than adequate facilities lovely clean throughout

Great central location yet in a quiet cul de sac. Only 5-10 minutes walk from the beaches. 5 minutes walk to the central square with all the bars and restaurants. Very spacious.

The weather. Otherwise, AVOID this place at all cost - they lie and are very rude/disrespectful in their communication.

AVOID this place! First, when we arrived the keys were NOT in the box. I had to call to them about it. Second, when we arrived, the cleaner was still doing her job. We had to wait for about 30 minutes, even we told them our arrival time beforehand, and they confirmed that our arrival time is OK. Third, I asked beforehand about the kitchen that does it have everything and does everything work properly (as some reviews suggested that there may have been issues in past). They LIED us that the kitches is good even for a longer stay - when we tried to use the oven, it didn't work at all. Also the frying pans were unusable. When we reported the oven problem, they bought a new oven right away - no one even came to see what is wrong, so, they knew the oven was already broken, and they didn't do anything to fix the problem before we arrived. Lastly, the new oven was never installed during, so during our stay, we didn't have an oven at all. Fourth, they have a very disrespectful and rude communication (I have everything documented) - they acted like we would be working for them, and we should (on our holiday!) adapt to their problems - as an example, they informed that a technician would come the next day, and when he arrived the same day without any notice beforehand, they were blaming us for having the house keys with us, including using a facepalm emoji (this communication is also documented). Fifth, when we asked a partial refund, as there were obvious problems and the reality did NOT meet their description and communication, the same arrogant and rude communication continued. So, AVOID this place at all cost. You do NOT want to get disappointed and receive such rude and disrespectful communication during your holiday, as well as be treated as if you would be working for them and needed adapt your holiday schedule according to their problems.

Location quiet area nice and private

Lack of equipment in kitchen or only minimal eg no toaster only 3 tea spoons, couch for three people only two of us but house sleeps upto six no room for six people to sit in lounge.

Location, spacious, clean, comfortable.

Upstairs shower head directed the stream onto the control tap, therefor couldn't stand beneath it. No ironing board.
