Casa Melera

Die Casa Melera ist ein kleiner Bungalow innerhalb einer größeren, meist zweistöckigen Apartmentanlage. Sie verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett, zwei Einzelbetten), ein Wohneßzimmer und ein Bad mit Toilette. Das Highlight ist der relativ große Innenhof, auf dem es Gartenmöbel, Liegen, einen Wasseranschluß mit Schlauch und die Waschmaschine gibt. Die Casa liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe des Pueblo Marinero (Fischerdorf), eine massive Ansammlung von Pubs und Restaurants sowie von diversen Geschäften. In diesem Areal ist echt was los, aber man bekommt in der Casa eigentlich Nichts mit. Ansonsten ist Costa Teguise zwar eine Retortensiedlung, aber der Strand ist prima und die Lage zur Erreichung aller Sehenswürdigkeiten auf Lanzerote genau richtig.

Die Casa Melera weißt einige Wartungs - und Reinigungsmängel auf. Insbesondere die Abläufe im Bad setzen sich schnell zu. Das mindert Ihren Charme für uns aber nicht und wir würden dieses Häuschen durchaus wieder buchen.

Location is fabulous. Host is very good available but not intrusive. So close to the main square but so quiet. We traveled as a couple and wouldn’t hesitate to use again. Lovely patio with the sun for a quiet afternoon in your own space. Nothing not to like.

Algún mueble de la cocina no muy limpio por dentro pero nada importante.

Absolutely lovely stay. Gunilla our host was very accommodating and helpful. The property has everything you could need for a holiday at Costa Teguise. Easy to get around the island on public transport with bus stops and taxi's within walking distance. Lovely and quiet at night, despite being so close to the restaurants and bars. All in all a lovely place.
