- only the people who are checked-inn by the key holder are allowed to stay in the house ( Max 6p) - a copy of the ID must be provided when booking and shown at check-inn - Tenants must take care that the tranquility in the Urbanization/Community is not disturbed by loud music and television devices or any kind of nuisance that may be annoying. Failure to comply with the community rules will result in breach of contract and tenants must vacate the property immediately and forfeit all rental payments paid.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.
