The house is in a great location. Two minutes from the beach and lots of places nearby to eat and drink. Everything you need is provided and the balcony is a great space with a lovely view. The host was very quick to respond to messages.

Some of the live music in the bar across the road was incredibly loud.

LOVE THIS PLACE. Next to the beach. Near to everything but set back slightly for privacy. Amazing terraces, 1 on ground floor behind privacy wall and locked gate then an even bigger terrace on 1st floor overlooking the sea - BBQ, seating, washng machine. The whole place has a home from home feeling, like being in a beautiful villa. Lounge really cosy to sit at night and watch TV. Nice big kitchen with everything in it. We liked the huge downstairs bedroom with bathroom and walk in wardrobe then our children had the upstairs bedrooms and their own bathroom. Host very easy to communicate with. We visit Costa Teguise a few times a year and this has been my favourite stay so far and were already planning to return soon. Bar nearby is lively but pleasant and not too overpowering as it has many locals there & plays great music.(60,70s & 80s). Overall, highly recommend this beautiful home

Downstairs bed needs new mattress - existing one old and very hard. Bedroom itself is lovely though. Both bathrooms need updating, preferably downstairs bathroom remove bath and have walk in wet room for easy access. Single bedroom needs a set of drawers or table.

Excellent location, central to everything and close to the beach. Plenty of space.

Lovely house, spotlessly clean and in a super location very close to beach all amenities. Host is very accommodating, very happy with our week at this property. This was our 2nd time visiting this property and we hope to return again.

Just one small thing only. One key for the property is not ideal. If people are sleeping inside and you'd like to go out for a walk or a drink at one of the bars, then because there is only one key you would need to lock them into the house or leave doors unlocked which is not ideal either way.

The house was very spacious with everything you need and the location is great- a minute walking to the closest beach ; the whole area is full of restaurants , supermarkets. You can’t ask for more . Just perfect !

There was nothing to dislike about this property.

Location, closeness to sea, beach, restaurants and shops etc. Privacy. Open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen which was well equipped, comfortable furniture in lounge and dining room. Washing machine situated on solarium together with relaxing furniture, and the same can be said for the ground floor entrance patio where we dined depending on weather. English TV programme, useful when staying in on cooler evenings. House facing sun most of the day. Constant hot water.

BATHROOMS! Both showers were over a bath. Groundfloor bath had been encased in a wood and glass surround with a half shower door fitted into the surround. First floor bathroom had 2 extra long dirty shower curtains that were hung very badly and draped more than halfway across the base of the bath. My husband and sister are both disabled and had extreme difficulties in using these facilities. Ground floor bedroom had no natural light even though there was patio doors leading to a small enclosed patio which had been blocked with a fixed roof. Cockroaches were frequent 'visitors ' to this bedroom! Very poor lighting in kitchen area. No hoover to clean floors, only dust pan and mop. Iron was not working. To refer back to bathrooms, although Booking.com 's description was 'bath/shower for each bathroom, their photos show only 1 bath clearly, the second photo was not at all clear showing a completely encased shower unit and what looked like a step up into the shower! Wood finishing across the face of the bath. This property should be flagged up as 'Not suitable for the disabled' owing to the present situation with bathing/showering facilities. One of the beds was like sleeping on a block of wood! N
