"Geräumiges, schönes Haus mit tollem Blick auf den Puig gleich an den Treppen des Kalvarienbergs."

Sehr gute Lage, am Fuss des Kalvarie, trotzdem total ruhig. Geräumig, gute Ausstattung, im Erdgeschoss ist ein kleiner Patio mit Esstisch und Platz für Wäsche und ganz oben ist eine schöne Dachterasse mit tollem Blick auf den Puig de Maria. Ein Badezimmer ist vom Hof erreichbar, das andere im ersten Stock, wo die drei Schlafzimmer sind. Alles war sauber. Das Haus ist schön.

Es war eigentlich alles gut. Es gibt dort kaum Parkplätze, aber das ist in Pollenca ein bekanntes Problem fast überall. Über der Treppe zum Dachzimmer ist es sehr niedrig, pass dort auf, um dir nicht den Kopf zu stoßen.

La casa es muy bonita, desde la terraza de arriba hay unas vistas preciosas al pueblo y la montaña . Las camas muy confortables. La calle es muy tranquila y eso que está muy céntrica, al lado de las escaleras del pueblo.

La ducha de abajo no se sostenía bien y tuvimos que improvisar una solución con una pinza. Además, la televisión no funcionaba correctamente: se oía, pero no se veía. También el cerrojo del baño de arriba no funcionaba y tuvimos que poner algo para poder mantener la puerta cerrada. Son pequeños detalles que, si se cuidan, pueden marcar mucho la diferencia en la experiencia.

"Spacious apartment in a great central location."

Great location in Pollensa. This is a spacious apartment with 3 good sized bedrooms. Well Equipped kitchen. Two terraces to sit out . Highly recommend this apartment. Owner was responsive to questions.

The house smelt musty which was very strong when we arrived. Maybe needed airing after the winter . Mugs need replacing - one had a broken handle and another was old and stained- although we did scrub it clean. We couldn’t park anywhere near the apartment - 10-15 walk.

"A great place to stay in the heart of the old town of Pollensa. Would definitely recommend it!"

The location was great - very central and also very quiet. The apartment had plenty of space and had all the amenities we needed. It was great to sit out on the terrace in the comfy, reclining chairs.

Very nice spacious house with everything you need in superb location, very nice host, great value for money

The only small thing was that you dont have a view when seated on the roof terrace you have to stand up to see it

Location was excellent. Very short walk to town centre. Amazing views. Unique Spanish charm. Well equipped overall. Helpful host.

Construction work happening next door but thankfully they didn’t work the weekend and it’s out of the control of the host.
