Viviendas vacacionales San Mateo

Todo en general, usamos toda la propiedad porque éramos un grupo de 10 personas, la limpieza excelente, decoración maravillosa, la comodidad de las camas, los detalles, la distribución de las tres viviendas genial y principalmente la amabilidad de la anfitriona para contactar incluso días antes y darnos detalles de las viviendas, disponibilidad cercana y muy amable. En el centro del pueblo, con todo cercano y disponible andando supermercados, restaurantes e incluso una pastelería justo al lado, deliciosa. Sin duda volveremos y recomendaré. Mil gracias

Big place, but with the cold it was hard to enjoy.

The place was very cold, especially the freezing floor. There are some gas heater, but without exhaust/chimney, it quickly smelled really bad in the apartment and we had to open the windows to vent… which cooled the place down. Otherwise the lady managing the property was rather unprofessional and pretty rude. No one was available on site. San Mateo wasn’t very charming. It looked abandoned. Most restaurants were closed. I would recommend other villages in stead.

A beautifully restored building in the old town, with quality furnishings. Unusual furniture. The sofas and bed were very comfortable. Good cooker and washing machine / dryer. Very good pictures. Big underground car parking available at C/ Tinamar 3. Usually free / small fee at weekends.

Poor lighting in kitchen, and limited cooking utensils. These have all been mentioned before and not addressed: Only enough hot water for one shower. No blinds in sitting room so anyone sleeping on the sofa bed has the street lights outside and only this net curtains. Host does not speak English even though it mentions it in the booking.com page Wifi only worked in the sitting room. Booking.com questions say that it is a good place to work.

Perfect location, comfy and well appointed with everything you need. We were met at the agreed time, given a tour and instructions and even a welcome gift of some cakes from the local bakery

Absolutely fantastic apartment, it was like a brand new place. Very modern and comfortable and super clean. Perfect location for finding the hidden gems of Gran canaria. AMAZING....Just

Just the parking. We did find space and unloaded our luggage and parked out front to load up. Wich was OK

The apartment was very spacious, tastefully decorated, and well-equipped. It was also right opposite the most amazing "Dulceria", which was the obvious place to have breakfast (and buy cakes...). We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay here.

Nothing! This really was one of the nicest holiday stays we've had in an apartment - and we do stay in holiday apartments quite often.

We stayed here for two nights during the Almond Blossom Festival in Tejeda. We had a great stay here. The unit is beautiful, San Mateo is very charming, and there is a great bakery directly across the street. We had dinner twice as Tasco Baco — highly recommend. We stayed here the beginning of February and were not cold like others mentioned.
