Nur 1Sonnenschirm für 8 Personen, die Toilette im Erdgeschoss stank ganz fürchterlich nach Gully in den Badezimmern kaum ablagemöglichkeiten,

Everything it was perfect for what we needed.

The only thing I would say is you need a car to get around

The house is great, very spacious and comfortable. The pool makes all the difference and the BBQ is lovely. We stayed with a baby and a toddler and it worked perfectly. A short walk away there is a rocky beach, some small shops and nice restaurants. A bit further (10-20 mins drive) there are big supermarkets, lots of great beaches and other restaurants. Palma is also around 30-40 mins by car. The team were very nice, helpful and accommodating so definitely recommend a stay here.

The property was great, the mosquitoes were annoying but they had plug in anti mosquito liquid in all rooms.

The house is nice and big . We were 8 people and there was space for everyone. The pool and the barbecue were very clean.

Some of the shower holders were very rusty and the bathrooms did not have any renovations for many years now. We were missing some basic things like toilet paper, kitchen paper and etc. Things, which I normally find in other properties for the same money and conditions. Overall it was good though. It will be good for them if they invest more in renovating the house.

The host was excellent and really helpful. She supported us to ensure we had a great holiday. The villa was clean and perfect for what we needed.

The villa is a long way from the beach and restaurant facilities. The sea at the end of the road is wonderful for snorkelling and watching the world go by but not great for a day.

Karen was a great host! Answered quickly, tried to meet all our requests - very uncomplicated! :) The villa was all in all as expected, the check in was easy. The location is great if you don't want to be in Palma directly. The walk to the ocean is around 5-10 min, the next sand beach around 30-40 min walking-distance away. We stayed as a group of 8 friends and can recommend the villa!

One bathroom was really not up to standards...the shower was really rusty and dirty. All bathrooms were basically clean, but had limespots everywhere. The dishwasher doesn't really get the dishes clean, but that wasn't a big deal. Be prepared for really big cockroaches coming into the villa, especially the bathrooms. The host can't really do anything about it and is totally not at fault here - just be prepared :D
