"Casa maravillosa"

La ubicación y casa en general.

La falta de mantenimiento y limpieza. Está en un enclave ideal, pero por el precio necesitaría una lavada de cara en cuanto a menaje, toallas y sofás. Las griferías estaban desconchadas y olía mucho a lejía al entrar, se notaba que había sido una limpieza rápida, las ventanas estaban muy sucias y el patio trasero un poco descuidado. Una puesta a punto le vendría fenomenal.

Muy buena comunicación con los dueños, fácil aparcar al lado de la casa, dueños muy resolutivos ante cualquier imprevisto, duda o problema La ubicación de la casa es muy buena para visitar playas

La limpieza de la casa y exteriores bastante justita, necesita una limpieza más profunda. Falta de almacenaje, solo hay un armario en una habitación. Las otras dos habitaciones no tienen armario ni sitio donde guardar la ropa.
