Beds weren’t that comfortable mattresses very thin

The complex is lovely. I have many friends on there.

VV rentals must advertise in the window and upload your details on a form. This is compulsory by Spanish law. It is in case of a terror attack, illegal immigration etc. The civil guard know where everyone is. This was not done. No pool, yet this was known 2 days before our trip. The picture shows a pool view. Very deceiving. You actually look over the dirt track to the main road. It isn't a quiet street like it says. Locals go to work from 4.30am. The house is in need of a deep clean. Windows, bathroom, bath mats. We were left one towel each and no clean bedding. I had to go buy soap powder and do the laundry. I do not go on holiday to do laundry. The beds are very poor quality. Due to the noise and uncomfortable mattress I slept on the sofa all week. We had to request the outdoor table and chairs even though it's on the photographs. We had one key between 3 of us. So we had to go out at the same time all the time as only one fob to enter. The stairs are very steep to the lower floor. Not suitable for children. The front bedroom windows wouldn't open. Probably just stuck but you darnt stand on the bed. Wardrobe bar is extremely high. Yes there is a pole to hang the hangers up. But just lower the bar. We actually ended up paying 3 days to go to a hotel to use pool etc. Most sleep we got was on the sunbed. Showers don't move. The toiletry tray in lower shower room is filthy. No blind at lower ground door where 2 bedrooms are. Had to screw handle on in upper bathroom. Needs a proper deep clean. Oh and take spare toilet roll. Glad we did!

The apartment was clean and modern. Washing facilities were good. Another air drier would be beneficial as the apartment sleeps 6 but u can only dry 1 persons clothes for that's day and night.

No patio furniture to sit outside, and none at the pool so the first two days we had no way of enjoying the sunshine till a family member that lived close by let us borrow some sunbeds ect.. The beds were very loud and the mattresses were very thin. I couldn't even breath without the bed making a loud screech. 1 key between 4 adults, not ideal. The plug sockets would all come off the wall unless u pressed down hard on them when removing a plug. The shower also leaked all over the floor when used.

Location is ok great for travelling around the island. Easy get anywhere using a hire car. Plenty of utensils and crockery

Could of done with a proper oven and may a couple of sun loungers

3 really good size bedrooms, good bathrooms with full size bath. 2 lovely terraces , nice big fridge freezer. I didn't mind area as I knew and researched before went. it's like 5 euro in cab or a lovely costal path walk into calleta. only 13 euros in cab to airport so perfect really. couple local bars and mini marts all English speaking. pool area needs a relick of paint but perfectly fine. people working on site so I'm sure stuff does get sorted. pools are not heated so freezing in Feb, kids went in but not for long haha I'm sure in summer fine.

bed mattresses are too thin if you was to change mattresses the house would be perfect , I had to use all pillows to sponge myself. kids were fine thou . and put a king size bed in biggest room , I understand its just a holiday let and I'd love to come back just the main mattress/,bed needs to be changed.
