Casa Karian is rented as an entire House during the July & August season. During the other months, the Lower Apartment is rented with the hosts living on site, but they will respect your privacy. The pool and garden area is for use of the guests during your rental, the hosts will not be present unless invited. Extras such sa BBQ facilities and Wine can be provided at an additional cost.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. The house is amazing! Very clean, big, with amazing outdoor pool and a perfect location! Highly recommended

All was great except for the presence of the owners at all time during our stay! It didn't feel very private and couldn't enjoy our time comfortably the way we wanted! A minor thing but very important
