Sehr sauber. Netter, abgeschlossener Innenhof mit Bäumen. SPAR um die Ecke. Küche hat soweit alles. Pool wäre nicht nötig aber nett.

Trinkwasser sehr stark gechlort; das ist aber überall so

gemütliches Haus in toller Lage, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war fußläufig zu erreichen, viele Wanderwege in der Umgebung.

Leider gab es nur eine abgenutzte Liegenauflage und auch keine Kissen für die Gartenstühle.

Ruhige und ideale Lage am Rande der Altstadt. Lebensmittelladen, Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Wanderwege sind in kurzer Fussgängerdistanz erreichbar. Zugehöriger Garagenplatz. Hübscher Gartenbereich mit Swimmingpool. Immer schnelle und Hilfreiche Antworten durch Drittanbieterfirma und Besitzer. Freundlicher und informativer Empfang vor Ort. Rasche Abhilfe, bei einem Problem mit der Dusche. Auch der vorhandene mobile Elektro-Ofen hat uns angesichts der noch kalten Temperaturen gute Dienste gleistet.

Die Grösse der Unterkunft und die Grösse und Ausstattung waren zwar wie aufgrund der Beschreibung erwartet und gut. Enttäuschend war jedoch, dass eines der Schlafzimmer nur über ein kleines Dachfenster sowie ein durch den Schrank verstecktes kleines Fenster (unerreichbar oben an der Rückwand) verfügt. Ein direktes Lüften des Raumes ist daher nicht möglich. Für eine Woche war das auszuhalten, jedoch müsste dies erwähnt werden.

Host handed over keys and showed us round. The garage parking was a boon as the town has huge parking problems. The air conditioning was very quiet and good, and the outside space was very pleasant,

The second room was too dark for the visitor and cupboard very difficult to get to past the bed in that room. The TV didn’t work and there was no plug in the bathroom sink.

The villa is really private, the pool is great and quite rare to find this type of place in Soller. The trees provide a really nice dappled shade, perfect for kids and babies, but there’s also plenty of sun all day for those that want it. The main bedroom opens onto the pool, perfect for checking on napping babies. Quick walk into town (10 mins) but it’s nice to be out of the busy area.

In terms of the villa itself - the beds are a bit uncomfortable and the villa could generally do with a bit of a refresher. Bathroom isn’t ideal size/facilities if you have a baby but we made it work. We also had some issues upfront contacting the owners - bit of a complicated set up via booking.com to Holidu then onto Mar and Villas. We really struggled to get check in info and confirm details for baby cot in advance, initially this was a concern for us, especially as we were arriving late at night with a baby. However, when we were eventually put in touch with Pau at Mar and Villas, he was very responsive and helpful, he completely rectified the situation and tended to all our needs. Only wanted to mention in case any future guests are worrying like we did about initial lack of communication.

The location and the space.

Would have preferred better mattress. The remotes for the tv and tv box didn't work. Suspect they needed new batteries. Not important, only wanted to put a music channel on.

Lovely little house, well equipt, aircondition was working and there was hot water on demand. Beautiful trees in the garden giving nice shade. Near to the town centre and to local supermarket.

Swimming pool had gone green within few days and it could not be cleaned over the weekend so we had really dirty pool on Sat & Sunday. It was cleaned on Monday, but we were leaving on Tuesday morning, so it was a dissappointment.

Great location- very quiet yet just a 10 minute walk into town.

Perfect location to chill and relax with the family. Lovely walk into town to all the restaurants and shops.
