Casa Beaumont - awesome Andalusian townhouse

The location was excellent, very quiet although being in the town with easy access to shops, restaurants.

Hand rails on stairs would have been good as I did feel uneasy when going down them should I loose my footing with nothing to grab onto.

The decor was clean, Andalucian and immaculate. It is a. beautiful house and the rooftop hot tub is wonderful.

Not enough storage, eg no shelf/shelves in the bathroom for toiletries, not enough kitchen worktop. No shelves and not enough shelving or wardrobe space for more than one petson in each room. The stairs up to the roof could really do with a handrail on the wall. The steps are deep and steep and I fell all the way down them. The rooftop terrace could do with 2 more recliners.

Location to main square, fabulous roof terrace, Modern showers & toilets.

Needs hand rails in showers or grippy mats so not slippery .

Verwarming in kamer/keuken. Dit was ons 3e jaar maar nu was het buiten veel kouder.

Beautiful traditional yet modern, clean & spacious property. Loved the sunny terrace & hot tub which is where we spent most of our time. Property had excellent facilities, beds were comfortable & it was centrally located for the facilities in the village. Would certainly recommend.

Lovely property in a fantastic place

The townhouse is in a great location within Competa. It is on one of the prettier squares and the house looks very nice externally. Nice roof terrace with good views and hot tub.

However, we felt the house didn't live up to the same standards internally and lacked attention to detail. Housekeeping needs to check quality of bedding as ours was ripped. They also need to check cleanliness of cutlery and crockery from previous guests. Lack of full length mirror. Lack of sufficient storage in bedrooms and bathroom.
