The swimming pool and TV were good. We enjoyed using the foosball table. The house was big and spacious. The location was quite and there was good local food delivery to the property.

Our stay was disappointing due to several significant issues: Air Conditioning (AC) Problems: * Despite being advertised with AC, only 2 out of 4 bedrooms had functioning units * Common areas (living room, kitchen, game rooms) lacked AC entirely * This made the stay uncomfortable, especially during the heatwave Poorly Maintained Amenities: * Pool table had broken cues and torn felt * External jacuzzi was deteriorating, with pieces falling off * Game rooms (foosball and pool) were unusable due to excessive heat (35°C+) * Barbecue chimney draft didn't work, causing smoke to fill the area while cooking Plumbing and Electrical Issues: * Ground floor shower blockage caused bathroom flooding (Despite previous reviews mentioning this issue) * Multiple power outages occurred, possibly due to the faulty jacuzzi or the exposed electrical outlets (safety hazard) Safety Concerns: * Inadequate first aid kit provided * The property generally feels unsafe for children due to various maintenance and safety issues * Exposed electrical outlets outdoors are particularly dangerous and may be linked to the power outages Inadequate Host Support: * Host was unresponsive to our concerns * Suggested fans instead of portable AC units, which were ineffective in 40°C heat In conclusion, while the property has potential, the lack of functional AC, proper maintenance, and responsiveness to known issues severely impacted our stay. The persistence of problems highlighted in previous reviews is concerning. Moreover, the safety issues, particularly for children, and the lack of essential items like a proper first aid kit, make this property unsuitable for family stays. The electrical problems, including exposed outlets and frequent power outages, are especially worrying. We cannot recommend this property, especially for summer visits or for families with children, and we will not be returning.

Plenty of room for our large family, outdoor pool, hot tub and indoor pool table all got great use. Emi was an exceptional host and looked after us really well. If there was anything that we needed, then she was on hand straight away. She always kept in touch throughout our 2 week stay to ensure that everything was ok. Super service, thank you Emi. The location is also excellent. Motorway the whole way from Madrid in 1 hour and likewise to beautiful Toledo, which is just a 30 minute drive. An area well worth visiting.

As Irish people we aren't accustomed to high temperatures. Upstairs the bedrooms had air-conditioning which made for comfortable sleeping. The unit downstairs in the main bedroom was not working, which was unfortunate. There was an abundance of fans throughout the property which really helped. Would we return? Yes, definitely.
