Location. The women running things were amazing. Very professional and helpful.

After days of hotels, it was great to have a space to gather. The toiletry "gift" bag was very thoughtful. Nice to have one bathroom per bedroom.

Asked for the wifi password and was told "it is in the property detail", I couldn't find it - asked two other people in my group to look and they didn't either. So asked AGAIN for the wifi password and was again told "it is in the property detail". So we gave up. The pellet stove might be putting out some carbon monoxide. The people in the living room late started getting a headache and scratchy throat that stopped once the stove was turned off. Considering starting to travel with a portable tester. Not the owners fault - but people should know it is right next door to a hostel that hosts large student groups and you might end up with loud teenagers right outside your window when you're trying to sleep.

We had to use Whatsapp and then the owner came over and gave us the keys. The locked outside door is nice and then there are a few locked rooms in the place. The kitchen was pretty good. There is also a small common area.

The bathroom was a little small, but not too bad.

Location great, in middle of Arzua close to all restaurants/shops/supermarkets. We were walking the Camino, so easy to find, just off the Camino walk. Has 4 beds and 4 bathrooms (2 are en-suites) so extremely comfortable for our group of 6 walkers.

It’s a good location near the path of the Camino. Nice to have four bedrooms and 3 baths for our group. A washer and outside space were appreciated

We had hoped to cook and although there is a kitchen, it was not fully stocked with dishes and cooking items. There were many cups and glasses so we had some snacks and drinks.
