The art in the house

One of the most dissapointing accomodations we've stayed in so far. House needs improvements, there is dust and mold smell in most rooms. Some dishes were not clean and had to be washed before using. There is only one bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, but the faucet in the bathtub doesn't stay switched to the shower head, so you basically have one shower for all the people in the house. Second bathroom is a service toilet under the stairs. If you are rather tall you won't fit. Of course the pictures don't show that. If you are arriving by car you have to park it some streets away because you dont have a parking spot. And the worst part, one of the double bedrooms was unusable during our entire stay, because they sprayed bug spray before we arrived. We were 2 couples and i had to sleep with my girlfriend in 2 twin beds, all our vacation. But what toped all this, was the communication with Foravila. Their solution was to keep the window open to the bedroom or move the mattress, because of course you want to remake rooms during a holiday, or sleep in bug spray with the window open. If you try contacting them on the usual whatsapp, they leave you on seen, if you mention a problem. However, they are rather quick to remind you to pay warranties or to leave the house at exactly 10 AM. Oh, it's also your duty as guests to move any remaining trash to the collection point, a few blocks away from the accomodation. We understand conscious recycling and we are mindful of every rule in every country we went, but having to take your trash bags with you is a whole 'nother level. Especially when they charge a 80 euros cleaning fee. Dissapointing on every aspect, would not recommend.
