Spacious, rooftop terrace, garden, en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom, soft towels, and towel heaters in both bathrooms.

House: Welcomed by a friendly but exclusively Spanish-speaking lady. As a result, nothing was explained—she only pointed at things—which is not ideal in an apartment where not everything is self-explanatory. Later questions via WhatsApp were either ignored or answered with significant delay and unsatisfactorily. Many short black hairs were found in/on the toilet and sink, both in the bathroom and kitchen. Both areas seemed to have been cleaned for no more than a minute after the last guest. The bed covers were merely loose sheets that shifted around at night, with stained and old bedding on top. The bedding and couch cushions clearly hadn’t been washed in ages, raising concerns about dust mites, causing sneezing fits and watery eyes, which disturbed sleep and comfort during the day. Kitchen utensils like knives, plates, cutting boards, and bowls still had food remnants stuck to them, such as old salad or dried tomatoes—definitely not properly cleaned. The cutlery and dishes were very old and worn out, with many handles melted or burnt. The drawers and cabinets seemed untouched by cleaning for 20 years. The temperature inside was extremely cold everywhere. The air conditioning did not provide proper heating (we were there in March, with nighttime temperatures around 5°C!). We caught a cold on the first night. The water pressure was very low, merely trickling out. The parking entrance was extremely narrow, requiring millimeter precision. Taking the car out for a quick trip was not an option. The Wi-Fi did not work. Apparently, there was some technical issue, but we only got this information after repeatedly asking, and even then, no real explanation was given. The pool was not heated and therefore unusable. The bedroom window did not close properly, so there was a constant draft. At checkout, the contact person was unreachable, and we had no information regarding key return. We only managed to resolve the situation through Booking.com. Overall: STAY...
