Cosy, clean, quiet, well equipped. Exceptional range of welcome provisions. Good views. Responsive host.

We stayed in January and experienced cool, cloudy conditions in Las Rosas. The cottage received no sun and we needed the warm blankets provided (we were warned by the host to bring warm clothes). Other parts of the island are much sunnier and we enjoyed trips in several different locations, but had to drive to find sunshine. Access to the cottage is along steep and narrow lanes and steps, and parking is a short walk away.

Beatiful littlenhouse, authentic. Well equipped. Generous hospitality. Lupe was very responsive. Good location for going hiking.

It provides for our needs and is quiet.

It was on the shady side of the valley and got no sun. Had no proper windows so was like living in a box. The expected payment in Cash was a surprise for clients like us, from outside the Eurozone, changing money costs high Bank fees compared to card payments. I had to pay 11 cents per Euro extra, plus a 7 Euro fee to withdraw cash!. So to pay 212€ actually cost me 242€.
