Property keys were not in the key safe on arrival as instructed at 4 pm Called agency , they were unaware of this Cleaner still in property and after buzzing the intercom several times. A lady came out and advised us she would be another 20-30 mins Meanwhile we are driving around Granada waiting to get into property. Wasting very valuable time When inside , we attempted to make toast. Which caused tripped the electrics. So was of no use. Managed to eventually put the electrics back on ourselves We then went to shower and there was zero hot water and heating NO INSTRUCTIONS on how to work the heat. Boiler inaccessible We had to carry pans of boiling water up to the bathrooms to wash Sadly the plugs in the sink didn’t work so wouldn’t hold the water Each time I called the agency. No one ever returned my calls as to what was happening re plumbers etc Mostly the reply was they were out of the office Called again late afternoon and they then informed me that a plumber was going to the property We arrived back into the house and we did have hot water and we did have heat All lovely , but … no instructions as how to turn the constant heat off !!! It was on ALL night. Our bedroom had no valve on the radiator to turn it down or off ! So it was so hot we couldn’t sleep ! Noise from the road at night

The house is located in great place of an old town. Super close to Alhambra. Very well prepared, clean and has everything to spend a good time when resting.

This is a beautiful property right in the old neighborhood. It is spacious, well equipped and appointed, in beautiful condition and has both indoor and outdoor spaces for socializing and dining. Kitchen and bathrooms had everything. Great to be able to put the car in parking garage next door. Excellent mattresses. Host communication was excellent, prompt and courteous. Highly recommend!

The place was excellent. It certainly met all our needs. The area was great to be in. Restaurants just up the hill or just down the hill. Car parking was good for our medium sized car. A bus went past our place to get to the city. Beds were very comfortable and we spent some time out in the front courtyard enjoying the outdoors.

The check in process was a bit arduous. The directions to the place also werent very clear. But once we found it, it was great.

Shower rails need attention. Could only get Netflix on tv.

This was an amazing property in a fantastic location. Highly spacious for a couple and with a small outdoor area. There was a great view from the main bedroom. It was clean and comfortable. The parking was convenient and safe. The air con was great, and effective, despite the 40 degree heat. When there was a small glitch, the staff dealt with it instantly.

There was only one mug, another would have been helpful. The pillows were probably very expensive, but incredibly hard and uncomfortable.
