well decorated apartment, the flat is on the grounfloor which gives it a direct exit to the pool, pool area is big and nice. It is not the first time I have been in the apartment and I am pretty sure it won't be the last. well located,

Spotlessly clean. Excellent communication with the rental company. The description and photos are totally accurate. The pool area is tidy and inviting. Very comfortable bed and enough towels for the bath and pool. Giant fridge. Ceiling fans in bedroom and living room. Looks like it was renovated only a few years ago. There is a coffee maker and filters which fit. Good wifi and some satellite channels in German, English and Spanish. The building itself is nice for Gran Canary standards. Bus stop right outside the door to the beaches and across the roundabout to the airport. The location is very central.

My biggest complaint would be the comfort of the flat in hot weather. There is no air conditioning at all. The ceiling fans aren't enough. Because the flat is on the ground floor, you can't leave the garden door open when you are not there or sleeping and because of the closeness to the street noise, you can't leave the tiny single-pane glass bedroom window open when you are sleeping. The blinds are thin material, so you will have some outside light in the bedroom all night long. The blinds in the living room are also thin and because it faces west, you can't block out the afternoon heat. The proximity to the street will definitely mean that you will hear traffic and the car rental company directly outside the flat starts vacuuming their cars early in the morning. The hot water heater in the bathroom needs to be regulated better, if you change the setting, you could scald yourself. The shower unit has ok water pressure but the shower head has almost none. The wifi set up is kind of amateurly placed under the TV. The plumbing is somewhere between amateur and professional, it's better than I could do but not what I would expect in a rental. There is no dishwashing soap at all, which seems to be standard on GC. Expect to buy anything like salt, pepper, sugar. I was asked to take out the trash at the end of my stay. I asked the receptionist where the rubbish container was and he told me there was no possibility on the premises, I had to take it to a container down the street. I paid 55€ cleaning fee and left the flat in good condition but was not going to accept having to carry it out and find the container.

The apartment is exactly like in the photos: it's beautifully furnished and very comfortable. It's great that it has a perfectly functioning kitchen and even a washing machine! Internet connection is very good and fast enough to enable home office. The location could not be better, the bus to the airport and to many attractions (for instance Palmitos Park) stops literally at the door! There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby and the dunes are located only 10 minutes away by foot. We spent four great days there and really enjoyed ourselves! As the sun was always shining, having breakfast or dinner in the balcony while the kids played in the garden/by the pool was amazing! I was a bit worried about the noise level, but honestly there was almost no noise at all coming from the street, even at Champions League night, and our neighbors were always very respectful and quiet (that's luck I suppose, however the fact that the apartments are really small makes no room for crowds and late night parties, which is very good). Cristina is a great host, she was extremely nice and understanding regarding my family's change of plans. She provided us with a baby cot, an extra bed for our daughter and a high chair to feed the baby! What else can I say? I loved this place and want to come back soon!

I really like everything!!! However, be aware that there was no salt/pepper/sugar, as well as soap for the washing machine or even liquid to wash the dishes. If you are staying for many days, you might not mind buying those items at a nearby store, but for guests staying just one night or two, it might be a bit annoying - so my advice is: bring everything you might need! On the other hand, there was a bottle of red wine and 1,5L mineral water waiting for us, which was lovely! :-)

Dishwashing liquid, capsules for laundry, towels - also for the beach, very comfortable beds. I enjoyed my stay in the apartment and will stay again.

Apartment was too small you could,nt sit outside because of sun it needs a blind to keep the sun off the wooden worktop needs to be replace they were dirty Toilet is broken needs to be replaced.big light living room did,nt work maybe bulb as gone.cockroach coming from back of kitchen sink. We were glad to see back of this mono friendly holiday home.terrible.
