- The apartment was rather well-equipped. - The parking was free. - It was reasonably priced.

- The bed was not comfortable, especially the upper bunk. It's noisy and difficult to climb onto. - The decoration was rather old and tired. - There was no soundproof so you could hear all the noise outside. - The bathroom had no ventilation.

The only thing good about the place was the host sent pre - configured message on Whatsapp for the places to visit

I booked the entire apartment on 31st May but when we got there only one room was open, when we contacted the host he demanded more money for the opening room. I contacted booking (they assured me that they would resolve the issue but nothing happened and we slept in one room while paying for the entire apartment). The next morning when I woke up I saw that the host had cancelled my booking due to no show, whereas, we stayed at the apartment. Now this is an alarming situation and a security risk, I contacted booking again in the morning (since their customer service is so nice that they cannot even follow up) and booking assured me that I would get a refund as i booked the entire apartment and till the writing of this review nothing happened. I am surprised how bad the customer support has become at booking lately. Being a very long Genius 3 user Hopefully my comment would be taken as constructively to put their house in order and not brush everything under the carpet (deleting comment going against policies). Surprised that how booking allowed this property on the first place.

Easy to get to and we could park right outside the door which was so nice with 3 kids and lots of bags. It was only a few minutes to drive down and park in the center (which was cheap). So for a family with a car this location was perfect. Shops within walking distance was excellent.

No hot water on the last day. Only had access to one of the rooms... Apartment was 45 min from centre. Area felt like it was very rough.

Nice location, the Old Town not too far away, no problem with parking.

Some beds weren't too comfortable.

Nice place. Has a hob, fridge, and freezer. Washing machine was useful. The owner sent lots of information for places to visit and eat. There was WiFi. Shampoo was provided.

The owner sent a multitude of messages, like a lot, which were in Spanish and so copy and paste into Google became tiresome as I had to do it a lot to remember what was said (yes not everyone should speak English but I would've like them to be pre-translated for me and sent as one big message not lots of little ones). The owner was slow at responding when I first arrived. One room was locked because being one man I didn't need it but it would have been nice to choose.
