Great location and beautiful view. Good kitchen, utilities and living space. Good air conditioning. Good response from the owner when we had a query. Very clean throughout.

Wasn’t aware it was a shared pool and outside space, not what I expected from hiring a private villa. Luckily we only had to share with a group next door on the first day but were anxious that any unwelcome family or group might turn up anytime for the rest of the stay. To be fair it doesn’t say ‘Private Pool’ in the description but it also doesn’t say ‘Shared’ so it’s a bit vague. One of the double bedrooms is open plan and has no doors to shut out the noise from the rest of the house, so the guest in that bed needs to be a heavy sleeper or use ear plugs if others are wanting to be in the living space. Otherwise everything was great!

It is noisy when the neighboring house is occupied.

Did not stay long enough

We loved the house, it is beautiful, clean, and is totally equip. Swimming pool was lovely with beautiful views and sunset. There were a basket with towels to use for swimming pool. Everything stunning.

Literally everything. The house is HUUUUGE, there is any equipment you can think of that comes handy in any situation. It was my third stay in Arenal and the accomodation was by far the best one. The owner is very very helpfull, she helped us with the taxi, she gave us directions, even allowed us to stay a bit longer because she did not expect new guest the next morning. She was great. Everything about our stay was enjoyable. I can only HIGHLY recommend to everyone. Thank you, we will be back in the future, that is for sure !

People saying that they are missing the pool - this is just because you can see the neighbours pool from your balcony, so you get the feeling of wanting one yourself. But it is really not that necessary, the beach is very close :)
