"Fantastic time in San Sebastien"

Lovely location but 20 minute walk to the nearest shops/cafe.

To have been able to get the keys at the property. We had to get a taxi to the office before going to the villa. It would have been a nice touch to have a kettle to boil water for tea and to have had maybe some water/ wine/ nibbles left as a welcome pack as we flew to Bilbao and had no car.

"the villa itself big and spacious and clean. Not homely- no paitings or making it feels awarm."

It should be stated that there is no A/C at the villa- particularly when people are booking in summer-this is not acceptable The swimming pool- although cleaned automatically- when the covers are opened -leaves and insects are in the pool with no net to clean ourselves when asked how to clean - I was advised it "was not possible" for there to be leaves or insects in the pool
