Villa Martha casa principal anexa

I did like my apartment. Facilities were good. My daughter loved the pool.

The main problem was not to realize that there was not much privacy from other guests who didn't like having children around. Or the fact that they didn't realize that they were going to be sharing as well with other guests

We loved our stay and come again if we get back to Lanzarote.

Kitchen equipment Very spacious place All movie streaming subscriptions (Netflix, Prime, Disney etc) Large TV

Bed sheet was a little worn out, not too comfortable for me personally in comparison to other places I ve been, but all in all other benefits of this place make up for it

Location was perfect. Close to the beach. Beautiful mountains view around property.

Need a bit of modernisation.

Location was a little out of town 25 minute walk to the marina and 50 minutes to the centre but a short taxi ride was not a problem for us Host could not do enough for us lots of messages and calls to check we were ok and if we needed anything even got his wife to unblock our shower when it flooded but we seem to think it’s an ongoing issue with the shower flooding so just learned not to apply to much pressure and not shower for too long otherwise it would flood again quickly. For the price we paid we can’t complain Yes it needs upgrading but for the price we can’t complain and it was clean!

Was not aware there was 3 separate living quarters sharing one pool I only thought it was 2, but it did not bother us none the less as they were nice people, place was a little warn and bathroom door did not shut properly which was awkward with 4 grown adults . The sink stuck out awkwardly also as it was not flush with the wall ,had to be careful not to put the shower on too fast or for too long either or it flooded out fast.
