Overall, I didn't like anything.

I didn't like it, there were problems that weren't mentioned in the description, there were two bedrooms, I only got one bedroom and it was very small for a 140/200 bed room, and the doors don't lock in the room, and the pool was cold the entire time we were there. It would be better if they wrote that the pool is open for use after 15.06 because the water is cold earlier, and the blinds on one of the bedrooms had problems from time to time, it didn't want to go down, and I had to wait 5 minutes for the water to start getting hot water, and the doors to the toilets didn't lock, and they wanted me to pay extra for air conditioning, and it wasn't mentioned anywhere, and if you didn't clean the barbecue, they wanted 10 euros, if it wasn't cleaned and fixed, it wasn't clean enough to use.

Tener que subir varios tramos de escalera y tener que pagar un extra si queríamos aire acondicionado, no lo pagamos, porq en todas las habitaciones había ventiladores.

No me gustó que estaba lleno de chinches y garrapatas en la cama auxiliar,sofá,2 sillas que habían en el salón y en la habitación principal. Terminamos todos llenos de picaduras y teniendo que acudir a urgencias del hospital, nos dijeron de poner una denuncia en el hospital con el informe médico y lo avisamos al entregar las llaves para que ellos tomarán medidas pero más lejos de la realidad porque ese mismo día limpiaron y lo volvieron a entregar, sabiendo que esos bichos no se quitan solo con poner sanitaria, yo llego a saber que no lo iban a tener en cuenta y denuncio Se nos aviso que habían hormigas y habían avispas también cosa que vimos normal por el tiempo que hacía, eso no quita el atendimiento a la llegada y en la entrega de llaves fue bueno y nos explicó todo Volveríamos si supiéramos queda han fumigado

We had a great time at casa luna, there were 8 of us on a friends holiday celebrating a birthday. The area was clean and quiet. The host was very accommodating. We arrived late one evening and had no supplies with us, the host kindly bought us some bottled water to drink. The accommodation was very clean and had everything there we needed for our stay.
